While practicing any of FMA Pulse LLC’s e-learning videos or courses, always stop immediately when the simulated attacker says or shows that a grab or a move hurts. Remember always to practice on a soft surface so you don't hurt the simulated attacker when throwing him/her to the ground. For the techniques, where you learn to protect yourself against a weapon, never use a real weapon, but something similar in a soft material. The FMA Pulse LLC organization disclaims any responsibility if you or the simulated attacker gets hurt in any way, while practicing any of these e-learning videos or courses.

Prior to purchasing the FMA Pulse LLC e-learning videos, you are obligated to accept that you have read, understood and agreed to all our terms and is the rightful owner of any payment method used – credit cards, debit cards or any payment accounts.
